Monthly Meetings & Membership
Our aim is to help people with hearing loss through informative meetings, and sharing information and personal experiences. If you are looking for people who understand your hearing loss, in a setting in which you will hear everything and understand everything that is being said, we are for you!
We meet every third Wednesday of the month (except for July and August) in the lower level meeting room of the Long Island Jewish Hearing and Speech Center. Doors open at 6:30pm, and the meetings start at 7pm.
Assistive Listening Devices (ALD) are provided at our meetings. Headphones are available. This room is Looped, so those who have hearing aids/cochlear implants can put on their T-coil switch.
For more information about our meetings, or to check if there’s a meeting, please click here to send us an email.
LIJ Hearing & Speech Center is located on the grounds of the LIJ Medical Center.
Enter the grounds from Lakeville Road and it is the first building on your left. Free parking is available behind the hearing and speech building: first entrance to parking lot after building. DO NOT go into the main parking building. Go to the Conference room on the Lower Level. Click here to see map.
